Surveys and Monitoring: Ben Nevis Estate
The John Muir Trust carry out a range on different wildlife monitoring and recording programmes on Ben Nevis Estate. These range from commissioned reports and standard monitoring to annual work parties to locate and record the presence of various key species on the Estate.
Twice yearly we carry out tree transect monitoring to record tree regeneration in Glen Nevis and help us to asses the impacts of deer culls in the area.
